Now Hiring - Manufacturing Retail Sales Associate in Honolulu, HI

Martin & MacArthur is currently seeking energetic sales associates to create and maintain a dynamic experience for our customers and associates at our Waikiki stores. As a member of our team, you will use product knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.

Candidates must exhibit enthusiasm for Hawaiian culture and fine quality merchandise.

Essential Job Functions:

• Exhibit behavior and perform job in a manner which supports our company values.
• Lead by example in business behavior and ethics.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional selling experience for all customers.
• Promptly follow up with customers' requests and updates on purchases, shipments and other communication requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising and “sales readiness” of store.
• Work with integrity, honesty and knowledge.
• Assist with unpacking of store shipments and replenishment of the store.
• Support the Store Manager by communicating effectively, and completing other duties as assigned.
• Maintain good working relationships with retail neighbors.
• Maintain a safe, and orderly environment for employees and customers.
